Dr. Lindner comes from a diverse educational background that revolves around the two main pillars of dentistry—science and art. In addition to using his skills and experience to help people with their oral health and smiles, he has also dedicated a lot of time to studying how to perfect someone’s facial aesthetics. This way, he can make sure they have an attractive, symmetrical, and harmonious appearance that brings their confidence to new levels. Born and raised in Germany, Dr. Lindner eventually moved to the U.S. and went to Concordia University to major in art and biology. After graduating, he attended the Marquette University School of Dentistry, during which he served as class president. It was there that he first gained an interest in the aesthetics of smile design.
When he finished dental school, Dr. Lindner went on to attend the University of Nebraska's periodontal residency that focused on gum disease therapy and dental implants. He then joined the U.S. Army Dental Corps. as a captain and continued his education in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Winn Army Hospital.
Following an honorable discharge, he came to Florida to attend Full Sail University where he obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree, and he also became a Fellow with the International Academy of Oral Implantologists.
Over the years, in addition to practicing general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, Dr. Lindner has written two books about facial aesthetics, performed dermatology research, and served as an Associate Professor of Clinical Ortho Facial Aesthetics at the State University of New York at Buffalo College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Lindner and his wife, Pascha, enjoy the natural beauty of the Crystal River area, so on the weekends, you’ll usually find them spending the bulk of their free time enjoying the outdoors.
Dr. Lindner attended Savannah School of Art and Design where he was accepted into the MFA in painting.
Dr. Lindner's PhD focuses on clinical applications of aesthetics, in particular facial.
Dr. Lindner developed the first clinical aesthetic method of facial aesthetics in medicine called Phenoestheics. His dissertation focused on using art in medicine.,
